ABOUT

Arhi.pro is a prominent international Design/Build practice with a portfolio of locally and internationally acknowledged projects. The 22-year-old practice, founded by Anja Milić and Aleksandar Milić, began in 2002 in a small architectural studio in Belgrade, Serbia, and has since grown to become a reliable and successful company with international offices, recognized for intelligent architectural design supported by our multidisciplinary team of professionals.

Arhi.pro has offices in Belgrade (Serbia), London (UK), Tivat (Montenegro), and Novi Sad (Serbia).

Today Arhi.pro employs more than 200 professionals with approximately 100 engineers working in Architecture and Planning, Structural Design, MEP Design, BIM Services, Construction, and Furniture Design for manufacturing.

Arhi.pro's architecture department is experienced in providing clients with innovative and sustainable solutions in all stages of the design process, including Concept Design, Spatial Coordination, Technical Design, and Design Supervision. Our construction department and furniture manufacturing branch are fully capable of delivering all our projects, making Arhi.pro the only company in the region to be an all-disciplinary Design & Build specialist.

Arhi.pro is developing and implementing professional CAD and BIM Standards, based on the standards established by the American Institute of Architects. All employees are specialized in using international standards and systems, as well as high-technology solutions planned in accordance with RIBA Plan of Work.

Arhi.pro is a member of BIM Serbia and the Institute of Standardization of Serbia, as well as the British-Serbian Chamber of Commerce. Arhi.pro has an active role in the Green Building Council in both Serbia and Montenegro, taking an active part in the promotion and education of green building standards, innovations, and building technologies.

Arhi.pro Furniture is a branch focusing on detailed furniture design, procurement of materials, and production of both fixed and loose furniture. The workshop is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery for wood and steel-based materials.

Arhi.pro Electronics is a branch highly skilled in the design and execution of electrical works and smart systems within the fields of low and medium voltage installations, telecommunications, and signal systems.

Arhi.pro Project is a branch consisting of engineers specialized in the design of complex and large-scale projects. The branch consists of multidisciplinary teams of specialists supervised by a member of the Top Management responsible for the project.

Today, Arhi.pro proudly encompasses a vast scope of design disciplines, covering architectural design, structural design, and MEP design from the early stages of pre-concept and concept to technical designs (RIBA Stages 1-4). A notable example is the Galerija Belgrade project, encompassing 350,000 square meters. The BIM model not only facilitated the design process but was also deemed exceptional by the client, who purchased the model as a base for further facility management.
