Project Concept and Design: Arhi.pro, under the creative direction of designer Dejan Sokolov, conceptualized a visionary urban complex, organized along the axis pointing towards Mecca, the spiritual center of Islam. This design not only pays homage to the city's cultural heritage but also serves as the primary organizing element for the entire development.
