As the lead design partner for the 5* Hotel LA GARE Central Core project in Addis Abeba, Ethiopia (2023 – on-going), Arhi.pro is providing full-service architectural, structural, and MEP engineering expertise, guiding the project from concept to completion.Our team has played a pivotal role in overseeing the design and construction phases, including reviewing the local consultant’s package for Blocks A, B, C (Residential and Retail) and Block D (Retail only), and delivering design enhancements.

For Block D, we are responsible for the concept design to convert the residential building into a luxury 5-star hotel. We are also leading the architectural, landscape, and traffic design development, alongside the creation of the “DPA” Author Concept Lighting Design. In addition, Arhi.pro has appointed specialist international consultants in key areas such as Kitchen Laundry Technology, SPA, Swimming Pools, AV, ICT&LV, Security, Graphics, Signage and Wayfinding, Acoustics, MEPD, and VT.
