Introduction: Diverzija is an exceptional 'snack | coffee | bar' project situated at the vibrant Belgrade Waterfront in Serbia. It was conceptualized, designed, and brought to life by the talented team at Arhi.pro, comprising Anja Ivana Milic, Nikola Milic, and Dimitrije Milic. The client for this innovative venture was NM-Version d.o.o., and the establishment covers an area of 118 square meters.

Project Vision: The primary vision behind Diverzija was to create a space that seamlessly blends the joys of coffee, electronic music, and art in a contemporary and inviting environment. The aim was to provide a multi-functional venue where patrons could indulge in delectable snacks, enjoy high-quality coffee, appreciate electronic music, and immerse themselves in an artistic ambiance.

Concept Design and Development: Arhi.pro took the helm in crafting the concept design for Diverzija. They meticulously developed preliminary and detailed architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) designs to ensure a seamless and efficient execution of the project. By integrating functionality with aesthetics, they envisioned a space that would cater to the diverse tastes of its visitors.

Interior Design and Construction: At the heart of Diverzija's allure lies its striking interior design, for which Arhi.pro takes full credit. The team channeled their creative expertise to produce an atmosphere that would captivate coffee enthusiasts, electronic music aficionados, and art lovers alike. The interior spaces were thoughtfully laid out to facilitate smooth circulation while maintaining an open and inclusive vibe.
