The Private Family Apartment, situated in the bustling heart of New Belgrade, stands as a testament to innovative design and modern living. With a generous area of 155 square meters, this residential space was envisioned and brought to life by the talented team at Arhi.pro, led by the renowned designers Anja Ivana Milić and Ljiljana Ćurčić. The project was exclusively commissioned by a private client who sought a stylish, comfortable, and functional living space in the midst of the city's energetic ambiance.

Design Concept and Vision: The overarching concept for the Apartment in New Belgrade revolves around creating a harmonious oasis amidst the urban landscape. The designers aimed to harmonize the vibrant energy of the city with the serenity of a contemporary living space, and this vision is reflected in every detail of the project

Panoramic Windows and Spectacular Views: One of the standout features of the apartment is the round panorama windows that grace its walls. These large windows offer breathtaking views of the busy streets below and the ever-evolving architectural developments of New Belgrade. Natural light floods the interior, enhancing the ambiance and creating a seamless connection between the indoors and outdoors.

Interior Design and Furniture: Arhi.pro took on multiple roles in this project, acting as the authors of the interior design, furniture design, and overseeing the construction services. The interior design embraces a modern and minimalist approach, featuring clean lines, a neutral color palette with subtle pops of color, and carefully curated decor pieces.

Furniture pieces were custom-designed to optimize space utilization and ensure a cohesive aesthetic throughout the apartment. Each piece was thoughtfully selected to blend style with functionality, providing the residents with both comfort and elegance.

A Tranquil Haven in the Heart of the City:Despite its location in the energetic part of New Belgrade, the apartment exudes tranquility and offers a serene retreat for its inhabitants. Arhi.pro paid close attention to the layout and flow of the space, ensuring that every room serves a purpose and contributes to a seamless living experience.

The living area is designed as an open-concept space, combining the living room, dining area, and kitchen, promoting a sense of togetherness and social interaction. Bedrooms were carefully positioned to provide privacy and quietness, while still offering splendid views of the surroundings.
